Here in southern Idaho, June means it's time to pick strawberries and peas, finish up the asparagus, and harvest radish, lettuce, and spinach before they go to seed. This year, my spinach bolted before I could enjoy it, so I'll probably be planting more later when the weather's cooler. But for now, I'm enjoying the garden -- where every day, something new surprises me.
